Three days of bad weather stopped just an hour before this amazing wedding. The Wembury beach setting and a great bride and groom made taking these photos easy.
Claire and Martin asked me to do some photos that they could use for their wedding invitations. They wanted to capture some of the individual ideas that they had planned for the wedding.
The mix of the formal church wedding and relaxed and intimate afternoon and evening made for a great mix of photos. The practical jokes and all round fun made the whole day an event never to forget.
This was a special wedding for me as it was the first wedding a had secured based on someone being at another wedding i had done. Kings Weston house made a lovely formal afternoon with some great steps for the group shot.
My first paid job as an official photographer. I had done all of the preparation i could, but nothing beats experience. With the support of the bride and groom (and some very photogenic guests) I made it through the day, had amazing fun and produced a collection that the bride and groom were ecstatic with.
My sisters wedding. A mix between trying to enjoy the day as a guest and grab put in some photography practise. Great weather, and knowing most of the guests really helped to capture a special day.
After enjoying myself so much taking photos at the last wedding, my amazing girlfriend got me a digital SLR for my birthday so i could do it again. This wedding is my cousin Samantha, its important to me as her comments of my photos from this wedding resulted in me continuing onto paid work.
This is the beginning of it all. This is my cousin Rachel’s wedding, i didn’t own a camera, but i half inched my cousin Lee’s for the day so i could have a play around. I didn’t expect to get any usable photos, i was focused more on playing around with a digital SLR. I had so much fun, and got many photos that i will always be proud of, which showed me that photography was something that i really wanted to continue with.
